Community Council Elections 2024
Nine members were elected to TCC leaving 3 places open.

We are keen to recruit by co-opting younger members, female members, and members from Campfield and Tornaveen.

Learney Hall Refurbishment
TCC is excited to be working with Aberdeenshire Council to agree refurbishment work on Learney Hall planned for the 2024/25 budget and expected to include kitchen, toilets, electrical and flooring works. We hope there will be an opportunity for local contractors who if not registered can go to: https://www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/business/procurement/

Hill of Fare Wind Farm Application
Following the Infrastructure Services Committee meeting on 3rd October 2024 the Aberdeenshire Council has resolved to OBJECT to the application by RES for a windfarm on Hill of Fare.
The application is now expected to go to a Public Enquiry, which is not likely to open for several months to a year.
